On August 24th, sponsored by SSIP and MINISO Co., Ltd., the 2019 China IP Practice Forum hosted by China Intellectual Property Magazine was successfully held in Wuhan. The participants at the seminar gave an in-depth discussion on the topic of unfair competition cases on the Internet.
Along with the rapid development of China's IP industry, many new problems emerged in the area of IP adjudication and legislation. The “China IP Practice Forum,” sponsored by SSIP, aims to combine the most cutting-edge topics and legal hotspots in the field of intellectual property with the theme of “Exploration and Research on Judicial Frontier Issues.” Distinguished experts and scholars from different industries were invited to have face-to-face discussions about how to apply theories into practice, to exchange ideas and insights.
This seminar in Wuhan was a success. The experts had the in-depth discussion and put forward many original ideas and proposals. It provides a lot good solutions to the problem of unfair competition on the Internet.
In the second half of 2019, the “China IP Practice Forum” supported by SSIP will be held in Shenzhen and Fuzhou. At that time, scholars and judges from different cities will be invited to have professional discussions about IP issues.
