Convention Information: The 1st China Intellectual Fortune Forum and the Founding of the IP Protection Alliance for the Listed Companies in China
To actively implement the “Outline of the Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,” “Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Supporting Shenzhen to Build a Pioneering Demonstration Zone with Chinese Characteristics” issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, and “Opinions on Strengthening Intellecutal Property Protection” issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and General Office of the State Council on November 2019, under the guidance of Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Office) and the support of Shenzhen Stock Exchange, China Intellectual Property Law Association, Supreme People’s Court Theoretical Research (Renmin University of China) Base on Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, China Patent Protection Association, China Trademark Association jointly decided to hold the 1st China Intellectual Fortune Forum on December 8th, 2019.
And the founding ceremony of the Intellectual Property Alliance for the Listed Companies in China will be held on the Forum. The Alliance aims to integrate high-end knowledge and talent resources in the field of intellectual property at home and abroad, and provide professional and public welfare support and assistance on the basic, long-term and global intellectual property strategic issues that listed companies generally face.
