III. PROCEDURE OF DONATION

1. Donors express their willingness to donate.

2. Contact SSIP and negotiate about the terms and conditions of the donation agreement.

3. Sign the donation agreement.

4. Transfer the sum of donation as designated in the agreement.

5. SSIP will issue a receipt when it receives the donation.

IV. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

1. The Project Office drafts the donation agreements and project plans, and then hands them to SSIP for approval.

2. The Financial Office checks whether the donation has been transferred to SSIP's account.

3. The Project Office registers the donation and set up the project.

4. The Financial Office handles the accounting procedures.

5. The Financial Office handles the payment of funds.

6. The Project Office implements the project and handles feedbacks, and then retain and submit the required materials.
