Sunshine IPer Project to Support 2019-nCoV Patients and Medical Staff on the Front-line

The 2019-nCoV is at a critical period of epidemic control. All sectors of the society are working together to fight the epidemic. SSIP and the Collaborative Medicine Foundation (CMF) - the Medical Cluster for Respiratory Diseases (MCRD) jointly initiate a project to support the pneumonia patients and the medical staff on the front-line. IPers can consult about the information regarding the disease on the following “Online Doctor Consulting Platform” supported by the MCRD. At the same time, SSIP plan to provide medical subsidy to IPers who are suffering from the disease, and provide consolation money to IPers who has immediate families working as medical staff on the front-line.

Adhering to the spirit of humane care, SSIP established a Sunshine IPer Project in 2018 to help practitioners in the area of IP who suffer from major diseases and reduce the medical burden on them. You are very welcomed to contribute to this project and provide support for the IPers nationwide.

 

CMF-MCRD members include 3000 hospitals nationwide and more than 10,000 respiratory doctors. Relying on this platform, all hospitals carry out comprehensive cooperation in medical treatment, teaching, scientific research and the standardized construction of respiratory and critical care specialty to promote the development of respiratory specialty in China.

 

Online Consulting Platform - MCRD

 

Targeted Group:

1. IPers who are diagnosed with the 2019-nCoV;

2. IPers whose immediate family (or families) is (are) working as medical staff serving 2019-nCoV patients.

The patients need to provide documents such as medical diagnosis, medical history and hosipalization information. For the application process, please refer to the “Sunshine IPer Project Application Process.”

 

“Immediate familiy (or families) working as medical staff serving 2019-nCoV patients” refer to medical personnel of hospitals in epidemic areas designated by the State or hospitals designated to treat 2019-nCoV patients.
