In order to increase public awareness of intellectual property and promote the development of intellectual property legal system, Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property and Legal Development Foundation organized a series of online sharing activities for intellectual property books in 2020, which is called Intellectual Fortune Reading Club. The Club plans to read the books in “Intellectual Property Translation Classics (Vol. 5)” published by Intellectual Property Publish House, to invite authors or translators to share wonderful views in the books and explain the academic value of each book.
On April 23, the “World Reading Day,” in response to the hotspot under the COVID 19 seasons, the first event of the “Intellectual Fortune Reading Club” online sharing activities series of intellectual property book was successfully held. In that event, hundreds of readers shared the experience of reading the book Pharmaceutical Innovation, Competition and Patent Law in the Intellectual Property Translation Classics (Vol. 5), and interacted enthusiasctially with the guests invited by the Club.
On April 26, the “World Intellectual Property Day,” all walks of life across the country carried out intellectual property publicity seminars in various forms. On May 13, the Office of the Inter-ministerial Joint Conference for the Implementation of Intellectual Property Strategy of the State Council issued the In-depth Implementation of the National Intellectual Property Strategy in 2020 to Accelerate the Building of an Intellectual Property Power Promotion Plan, which made a comprehensive plan for the national intellectual property strategy. Taking this as an opportunity, the Intellectual Fortune Reading Club II will be launched on May 31 from 19:30-21:00 online via Topbuzz and Tiktok. In this event, the Club will share another book in the Intellectual Property Translation Classics (Vol. 5)--- Inside Intellectual Property. You are invited to follow SSIP’s Topbuzz or Tiktok account, watch the live show, and interact online with the author and translators of the books and other guest speakers.
