The salon meeting with the theme of “Criteria for Validity of the Infringement Notice of Lawyer’s Letter in the Civil Code” will be held in Room 206 of Public Legal Service Center of Haidian District during 14:00—17:00 on October 29, 2020 (Thursday) by Beijing Haidian District Lawyers Association and its Committee of Service for Zhongguancun Science Park with the target to do researches and have discussion on the principal of safe harbor, in order to drive lawyers in Haidian District to learn the Civil Code further and improve our lawyers’ proficiency.
SSIP will support the salon meeting.
This meeting is going to explain the law with concrete cases and judicial precedents, which will provide opportunities for participants to have mutual study and discussion. Following the academic and normative principles, this salon meeting will invite experts and scholars of Haidian District Justice Bureau and Lawyers Association to give lectures.
