Intellectual Property Management of Innovators, the third Intellectual Fortune Reading Club is held successfully by Sunshine Intellectual Property Library and Intellectual Property Publishing House with the combination of online and offline on April 16.
Intellectual Property Management of Innovators written by Toshiya Watanabe, the vice president of the University of Tokyo, is the book shared at the reading club, which is also one of the Intellectual Property Translation Classics (Vol. 5). The book is translated by Chen Ai-hua, the associate professor of School of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University and Cai Wanli, the associate professor of College of Comprehensive Education of Toyohashi University of Technology. Besides, Wang Zhenkai, the manager of the legal department of Glodon Company Limited, Yin Xin, the director of Intellectual Property in LifeTech Scientific Corporation and Xiao Youdan, the researcher of Institutes of Science and Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences take part in the reading club. The reading club is presided by Liu Shaojun, the associate researcher of Institute of Law, Beijing Academy of Social Sciences.
Toshiya Watanabe’s Intellectual Property Management of Innovators focuses on the management system of intellectual property and tends to explore the management methods of intellectual property that are innovative, systematical and strategic through expounding the innovation and management modes of innovators and entrepreneurs from all areas of intellectual property. The book is based on the research results the author has gained in the Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo for the latest ten years, and the practical experience he has in the business and the university.
The guests share the background of writing and translation as well as the main contents of the book at the reading club. Among them, Toshiya Watanabe and Cai Wanli send the video online and the other guests discuss the book at the scene.
There is a live online for this reading club in the Douyin account of SSIP and Xiaoetong application, through which over 4000 people participate the activity online. Later, SSIP will share the contents of the speech of the translators of the book and the guests. Moreover, Sunshine Intellectual Property Library and Intellectual Property Publishing House will cooperate to hold another new reading club.
