Welcome to Register for Sunshine IP Forum 2021: “30 Years for the Copyright Law and Implementation of the New Copyright Law”

Sunshine IP Forum 2021 is planned to be held in Beijing on April 10 by Intellectual Property Academy of Renmin University of China, Intellectual Property Judicial Protection Theory Research Base of the Supreme People’s Court (Renmin University of China), Intellectual Property Inspection Research Base of the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and National Copyright Trade Base of Renmin University of China. The topic of this forum is “30 Years for the Copyright Law and Implementation of the New Copyright Law”.

The forum will review the development of legislation, amendment, enforcement and implementation of the Copyright Law in the past thirty years. Besides, the forum plans to discuss the legal issue of the revised Copyright Law in the future implementation in order to promote the intellectual property system and the protectionlevel in China.
