Forecast: Seminar on Advice for “Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China (Revision Draft for Review)”

Recently, General Office of the Ministry of Justice asks for comments and suggestion on “Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China (Revision Draft for Review)” from Intellectual Property Law Association of CLS, which is submitted to the State Council for review from General Administration of Market Supervision. Since the “Rules for the Implementation of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China (Revision Draft for Review)” will exert great influence on medicine industry, Intellectual Property Law Association of CLS decides to hold a seminar to ask for advice on the draft on September 3 with the combination of online and offline. Experts and scholars in the field of Intellectual Property and law, representatives of medicine industry and the professionals in the relative industry will be invited to discuss the draft for review on the related systems of drug patent in the seminar. After the seminar, written comments and advice will be sent to the Ministry of Justice.
