A seminar on “Conflict Between Trademark and Trade Name in Legal System”, hosted by Intellectual Property Academy of Renmin University of China, Intellectual Property Procuratorial Research Base of the Supreme People's Procuratorate of the PRC, Theoretical Research Base for Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the Supreme People's Court (Renmin University of China) and the Beijing Sunshine Intellectual Property and Legal Development Foundation (SSIP), was successfully held in Beijing on December 4, 2021.
